SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping methods
Shipping to the United Kingdom is free for Orders over 50.00£. For Orders under 50.00£ the Vendor will ask the Customer for a contribution to shipping costs of 5.00£.
Shipments are made by a courier chosen by the Vendor. The courier makes deliveries during working days (Monday to Friday) and does not notify by prior phone calls or handle requests for delivery at particular times.
Delivery times
The Products available for purchase on this Website, subject to verification of actual stock availability, are generally shipped within 1-2 working days from the date the Order is received. However, the Vendor reserves the right to take longer times to ship, especially during periods of heavy traffic on the Website. Shipments are prepared from Monday to Friday.
Delivery of Orders is expected within 1-3 working days (depending on the destination area) from the time the package is entrusted to the courier. In any case, the Vendor is not responsible for any delays by the courier.
During periods of discounts, sales and promotions, shipments may require longer than standard delivery times. During the Christmas period, it is recommended to place the Order by 15 December in order to receive it by Christmas. Despite this, the Vendor is not responsible if delivery is not made by Christmas.
NOTICE: Orders placed during the period 20/12/24 - 01/01/25 will be shipped starting from 02/01/25. Orders placed by 19/12/24 will be shipped by 20/12/24, but delivery by 25/12/24 is not guaranteed.
On the day the Order is entrusted to the courier, the Customer will receive an email from the Vendor notifying the shipment and an email from the courier with the tracking number and the expected delivery date.
If the shipment is not delivered within 5 (five) working days from the notification email, the Customer is required to make the Vendor aware by sending an email to shop@bullboys.co.uk.
The Vendor cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipments due to force majeure and circumstances beyond its control, such as - by way of example and not limited to - strikes, administrative measures, customs controls, international transport problems, rationing or shortages of energy and/or raw materials, adverse weather conditions and/or natural disasters (fires, storms, floods, inundations, etc.).
Order delivery
Upon delivery of the Order by the courier, the Customer is required to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt of the goods. The Products purchased on this Website are carefully packed inside boxes bearing the Vendor’s brand, which are in turn duly sealed with adhesive tape bearing the Vendor’s brand.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the Customer is required to sign for receipt of the goods with reservation or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the Customer is required to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact the Seller at shop@bullboys.co.uk. If the package and/or the Products inside appear to be damaged or if a Product indicated on the delivery document is missing, the Customer is required to keep the packaging for further checks.
Any claims related to tampering, damage, missing items or delivery to an incorrect address must reach the Vendor within 5 (five) days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be taken into consideration.
Customers who place an Order on this Website establish a commercial relationship with the Vendor and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their Order. If the Order is not delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer (incorrect and/or incomplete address, recipient always absent and untraceable, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the Customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
